About Us

We (Jeff & Martha Ann) fell in love with Irish wolfhounds around 1970, before we were married. After a couple of years of seeing them at dog shows and reading about them, in 1973, we were adopted by our by first one.

We use terms normally reserved for relationships with humans to describe our relationship with our hounds. We do not think of them as animals or just pets. They are our family. Yes we have human children, but the hounds have always been an integral part of our family. So just get used to our foolishness! Laughing

We showed our hounds infrequently until 2005, when we became more interested in the sport. Since that time we have had a few litters of healthy puppies and had some success in the show ring.

We are Associate Members of the Irish Wolfhound Club of America (See Links for more information on this club). We are also Members of the Irish Wolfhound club of the Mid-South (Again, see "Links" for more information of this club). Jeff is currently President of this Regional club.

Currently our family includes:

We also have "Misty", the 8 lb. Shih Tzu (the Alpha dog of the pack), and Masu the Cockatoo.
